Cancelation Policy

CANCELATION POLICY

All patients are asked to enter card details at the time of booking. We only process your card for late cancelations under 24hrs (30% of service) or for no-shows as descripted below. We believe that everyone’s time should be respected. So we ask that you please give us a 24 hour notice so that we can rebook your time slot and accommodate our waitlist.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Patients who are not present for their appointment time will be considered a no-show and charged a no-show fee by Luxe Esthetic Studio’s policy as presented upon booking. Current no-show fees will result in a 50% charge of services booked. If no-shows are continuous we will suspend future bookings for the best interest of our employees time and scheduling.

LATE POLICY

We instruct all patients to please arrive 10 minutes early to complete/review your paperwork and so that we can start your service on time. To respect the time of our staff and our other patients we may not be able to accommodate your full service time if you are late. We will make every effort for accommodation but lateness beyond 20 minutes is automatically marked as a no-show in our system. Therefore our no-show policy would go into effect.
